    How will my order be packaged?

    Your order will be packaged into an insulated cooler and filled with 10lbs of dry ice and/or ice packs to maintain your products frozen for up to 56 hours. Due to the weather we expect the meat to arrive frozen or partially thawed.

    What is the best practice for thawing the meat?

    According to the USDA, meat should be thawed in the refrigerator. It typically takes between 12-16 hours. However, we suggest that if the beef is frozen, place it in the fridge 2 nights before the day you want to consume it.

    Can I re-freeze the meat once it's thawed?
