Grass-fed Cattle is better for the planet

Is better for the planet

For centuries this was the only way cattle was raised and fed. Then the so-called 'innovations' began to change this natural process, pushing the limits of what is safe.

We are strong believers of the benefits of staying close to nature in this field; science put to the right cause can bring incredible progress to humankind. Science at the service of fat profits and just better economics isn't always the best way to go.

The unique grass of the Pampas has a higher than normal sugar content and gives the meat a unique powerful flavor. This type of grass only grows in Argentina.

There are other benefits (beyond better-tasting beef) to letting cattle wander on the field. Animal welfare is better, soil health is improved, and it lessen the industry's carbon footprint.

Pasture-based livestock farming reintegrates the cycle, putting steers on grass or in another natural environment, where they can roam freely, eat the plants or insects they naturally digest and improve the fertility of the soil with their manure.
