What is the best practice for thawing the meat?
- According to the USDA, meat should be thawed in the refrigerator. It typically takes between 12-16 hours.
How will my order be packaged?
- Your order will be packaged into an insulated cooler and filled with 10lbs of dry ice and/or ice packs to maintain your products frozen for up to 56 hours. Due to the weather we expect the meat to arrive frozen or partially thawed.
Can I re-freeze the meat once it's thawed?
- Yes. The meat can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-4 days after thawing, and if it's not used, you can safely re-freeze it.

Within Florida: We deliver anywhere in Florida via UPS Ground from Monday to Thursday. Ground shipping delivers in one business day by the end of the day.
All other States: We deliver to every State via UPS from Monday to Wednesday. We use 2nd Day Air shipping, meaning it arrives 2 days after you place your order. If you place your order by Wednesday after 12pm and wish to receive it before the weekend, please select Next Day Air delivery. If not, your order will be shipped next Monday.
